Physical exercises

According to Wojciech Oczko, father of Polish balneology, physical exercise can not be replaced by any medicine, but physical exercise, physical effort can replace many drugs.

The movement allows the proper circulation of body fluids, which is necessary in the process of removing toxins, oxygenating cells, and providing the necessary ingredients.
Physical activity is one of the most important human needs. Our body has been anatomically adapted to take up physical activity, because muscles constitute 45% of our body mass. Unfortunately, today we observe a decline in physical activity and an increase in the popularity of a sedentary lifestyle.

Systematic exercise training strengthens the circulatory system and allows for more economical work of the heart. Regular physical activity improves the functioning of the whole organism. Moderate and systematic physical effort plays an important role in the prevention of cardiovascular disease, such as myocardial infarction or coronary heart disease. The consequence of a sedentary lifestyle, and thus a decrease in physical activity, may be civilization diseases, such as, among others, coronary disease, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, atherosclerosis, peptic ulcer disease.

In the case of healthy people, immobilization for a period of 20 days causes a reduction in cardiac output as well as dizziness or fainting during attempts to stand up.
